For the deposit, you can go to the Rates page and pay through PayPal. Or, we can send you an invoice by e-mail, which you may pay:
Your reservation is NOT confirmed and completed UNTIL the reservation/damage/cleaning deposit is received. Deposit must be received within up to 7 days of the reservation request. If deposit is not received with the reservation, we will notify you by e-mail of the due date for the deposit.
After receiving your deposit, we will then send you another e-mail to confirm your reservation and provide you with a link to maps and directions to the Enchanted Hideaway or Hideaway Lodge, an online version of our Guest Guide listing local services and activities, and a survey of your family's breakfast preferences.
We will also send you a PayPal invoice several days prior to your stay. Payment for your stay is required by the time you arrive. You may pay through PayPal, by sending a check, or at the time of arrival.
Note on Check-in and Check-out Times: We want to be flexible and meet the needs of all of our guests. We can honor early check-in requests and/or late check-out requests if no other guests have reserved the Hideaway for that adjacent night. The adjacent night may be open when you make your reservation, but be taken by the time of your stay. If you wish to guarantee at the time of your reservation either or both an early check-in or late check-out, and there is no other guest reservation for that particular night, you may hold that time by submitting an additional $50 with your deposit for each. If we are unable to honor your request, we will promptly refund the $50.
