Click on the PayPal®/Add to Cart buttons below to pay via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or electronic check. After "Add to Cart", then go to bottom button "View Cart" to go to the PayPal® secure website. Payment is processed through PayPal®, the secure online payment service, with no fee to you. You do not have to be a member of PayPal® to use this check out, although if you are a member it will be quicker for you.

Note to Returning Guests and Persons Who Have Made Reservations Before January 6, 2009.

We have changed our Reservations payment procedures. We now require a $100 Reservation/Damage/Cleaning Deposit that is not applied against your stay. This deposit will be refunded within several days of your checking out if there is no damage and the property does not require excessive cleaning. Payment for your stay will be required before or at the time of your arrival. We will send you a PayPal® invoice that contains a detailed breakdown of your rates and associated taxes.

Payment policies:

payment of Reservation/Damage/Cleaning Deposit of $100.00 is due within 7 days of your reservation.

you may pay online, or

you may call us with credit card information at 254-694-0858.

payment for guaranteed early check-in or late check-out is due in advance with your deposit.

we will hold your reservations for up to 7 days pending receipt of deposit.

occupancy tax of 9% will be added (6% for the State of Texas and 3% for Hill County) to your rates.

cancellations must be received 14 days in advance for a full refund.

cancellations less than 14 days in advance will have one half of the deposit returned. You will have the option to leave the deposit and reschedule without any cancellation fee.

cancellations of less than 72 hours will not be refunded.

we will send you an online invoice for the full amount of your stay about a week prior to your arrival. You have the options to pay online through PayPal®, mail a check, or pay upon your arrival.

the deposit will be refunded to you within several days of your departure if there is no damage and the property is left reasonably clean.

rental of both properties will receive a 20% discount.

returning guests will get a 10% discount.
